About Me

I bought my downtown Seattle condo in 2005. At 568 square feet it’s on the small side but perfect for my minimalist way of living.

Ten years later I exited my dark age and quickly realized that LEGO is not a minimalist activity. Shit.

I was unwilling to purchase a larger place just for storage. This required me to get creative in managing my newfound hobby so it did not crowd me out and trigger more therapy sessions for my OCD. I need that money for LEGO.

I don’t claim to be an expert in storage or organization. In talking to friends and fellow LUG members I realized that the issues around smaller spaces are common and discussion could generate solutions. Crowd sourcing is a wonderful thing.

As I conduct sessions at conventions, this site will be updated with new information and techniques. Feel free to contact me if you have any ideas, I’m happy to share them.
